Shipping policy

LOCAL ORDERS:

We offer free shipping in Pakistan on orders above PKR 3,000. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock or available in our other store, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.

We have outsourced our courier with Pakistan leading courier companies like TCS, Swyft  and Trax courier. Their excellence in courier services giving edge to us by delivering product in a mean time all over Pakistan.

Normally courier companies take 2 to 3 working days for major cities of Pakistan, and for villages and districts they take 4 to 5 working days for delivery of parcel.

Working days includes, Monday to Friday only.

If order is placed after 3pm, then delivery will be counted on next working day.

 A customer can expect their order to arrive at their doorstep in 3 to 5 working days once the order is shipped from our warehouse. The estimated delivery excludes the holidays and weekends. When the order leaves our premises from that moment until it orders arrives at your door the payment is due in case you had selected COD as your mode of payment.

All COD orders will be verified first via telephonic call, but JEEVA TEXTILE has right to process orders without verifying on call. Moreover, the shipment can be delay at the time of promotions, high volume sale and in the period of sale.

We have 4 processes for the payments:

  1. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY)
  2. DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
  3. Kalpay PAY
  4. DIRECT DEPOSIT IN OUR ACCOUNT

URGENT DELIVERY POLICY:

At Jeeva Textile, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all orders. However, for urgent delivery requests, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Advance Payment Requirement

  •  All urgent delivery orders must be paid in advance before processing.
  • In cases where the customer fails to make the advance payment or there is a delay in payment, Jeeva Textile will not be held responsible for honouring any previously communicated delivery commitments or timelines.
  • Once an advance payment has been made for an urgent delivery, it is considered non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation, delays, or changes made by the customer.

 

2. Third-Party Courier Services

  • Urgent deliveries to cities outside our primary delivery network are dispatched through third-party courier or logistics partners.
  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, Jeeva Textile assumes no liability for any delays, damages, or losses caused during transit or due to the courier’s handling.

3. Dispatch and Tracking

  • Upon dispatch, customers will receive the tracking information to monitor their shipment’s status directly with the courier service.

4. Delivery Delays and External Factors

  • Jeeva Textile shall not be responsible for any delays resulting from courier issues, weather conditions, operational disruptions, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

  • By requesting urgent delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and accepts that Jeeva Textile’s liability ceases once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Estimate your shipping charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart and entering your delivery address. Your order is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Once your order has been approved and authorized by credit card processors, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse. Once you get your order confirmation email, you can track your order from our courier partner. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory in our warehouse. You will be informed via email or WhatsApp in case the shipments get delayed due to any given reason. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, custom delays and the transit time from the courier company. This can range from 4-7 days for in-stock items. Please note additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer.
