Jeeva Textile – 101 Days Fabric Warranty Policy

At Jeeva Textile, quality and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of our commitment. To ensure confidence in every purchase, we proudly offer a 101 Days Fabric Warranty on eligible products against manufacturing-related fabric issues.

Warranty Coverage

Our 101 Days Warranty covers verified manufacturing-related fabric defects including:

- Color fading under normal usage
- Fabric color bleeding under standard care conditions
- Manufacturing defects in the fabric quality

The warranty period starts from the original purchase date mentioned on the invoice/order record.


Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies to:

- Unstitched fabric purchased from Jeeva Textile
- Custom stitching orders stitched directly by Jeeva Textile

For externally stitched suits, warranty coverage remains limited to the fabric only. Jeeva Textile shall not be responsible for any tailoring, stitching, embroidery, or external alteration charges.


Claims Not Covered

The warranty shall become void in cases including, but not limited to:

- Use of bleach, chemicals, or harsh detergents
- Improper washing methods or failure to follow care instructions
- Excessive ironing heat or burn marks
- Tailor damage or alteration damage
- Physical tearing, cuts, scratches, or misuse
- Improper color mixing during washing
- Damage caused by negligence, mishandling, or external factors

Jeeva Textile reserves the right to determine whether the issue falls under manufacturing defect coverage.


Claim Process

Customers may initiate a warranty claim through:

- Official WhatsApp support
- Visiting any Jeeva Textile outlet
- Sharing order number/invoice details
- Providing clear video or photographic proof of the issue

In certain cases, customers may be requested to send the suit/fabric to our designated inspection address for physical verification.


Inspection & Approval

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by the Jeeva Textile Quality Assurance Team.

Claim review and approval may take approximately 7 to 10 working days after receiving complete information or the physical product (if required).

Jeeva Textile reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after inspection.


Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, Jeeva Textile may offer one of the following resolutions at its discretion:

- Fabric replacement
- Equivalent fabric/article
- Store credit of the same value
- Product exchange

Replacement availability may depend upon stock availability and article continuity.


Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for all shipping and courier charges related to warranty claims unless otherwise communicated by Jeeva Textile.

General Terms

- Warranty is non-transferable.
- Original proof of purchase may be required.
- Slight color variations due to lighting, screen display, or photography shall not be considered defects.
- Warranty claims without sufficient proof may not be processed.
